1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecordBreaker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To participate in challenges with entry fees or cash prizes, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate voting or contests is prohibited.

4. Challenges, Entries & Voting

• Videos you submit must be your own original content and accurately represent your performance.
• Altering, faking, or misrepresenting a personal record is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Each contest has a posted duration and entry fee. The prize pot grows with each entry and is split 75% to first place and 20% to second place, with 5% retained by the platform.
• Voting is community-based. Attempting to manipulate votes through multiple accounts, bots, or coordination is prohibited.
• RecordBreaker reserves the right to remove entries, disqualify participants, or cancel contests in cases of fraud or rule violations.

5. Wallet, Fees & Payouts

• Entry fees are charged to your wallet balance and added to the contest pot at the time you submit an entry.
• Prize winnings are credited to your wallet and may be withdrawn according to the withdrawal method you select.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your winnings.
• Refunds are issued only at RecordBreaker's discretion, such as when a contest is cancelled due to fraud or technical failure.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on others' rights.
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to share.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

7. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the videos and content you submit. By posting, you grant RecordBreaker a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of running contests and the community.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that contests, voting, or payouts will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
